ASDM Booth
The Southern Arizona Section of the International Dark-Sky Association will set up and man a display booth in the Vista View Ramada area (just to the right from the entrance ticket gates) at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Dark Skies members will be available to discuss Light Pollution and Dark Sky issues.
Examples of "Good" and "Bad" outdoor lighting will be presented and discussed. Brochures will be available to give tips on "Good" outdoor lighting and things that individuals, families, and businesses/groups can do to help Restore and Protect the Nighttime Environment.
The booth will be set up on Saturday afternoon starting about 5 PM and through the evening (ASDM closes at 9 PM) on September 6th and 13th.
