When: This Upcoming WEDNESDAY, May 9th at 5:30 PM  

Where:  At the IDA office, 3225 N. First Avenue,  just North of Ft. Lowell Road
                                   (our usual meeting place)

This summer will be a very time for SA-IDA.  Therefore, we will need as much help as possible from
anyone who can find the time to participate.  Please help us to help keep Tucson's sky dark !!!.

PROPOSED AGENDA:

 

1. Treasure's report. 

2. Billboard follow-up: the bill was vetoed by the Governor !!!!!
 
3.  IDA Saturday evenings at the Desert Museum.  Three evenings have been
     scheduled:
                 Saturday evening - - - June 9^th
                 Saturday evening - - - July 14^th
                 Saturday evening - - - August 18^th
 
                 In addition, we may participating on teachers night a Saturday
                                      (evening to be determined)   
 
                 Volunteers will be needed for each of these !!!   And the first
                 one is before our next scheduled SA-IDA meeting in June.
 
4. The “Excellence in Outdoor Lighting Award” for the Madera Marketplace (WalMart)
    in Sahuarita need to be coordinated. 
 
5. Is there any follow-up from the SLC ???  

6. Are there any new obtrusive lighting complaints and/or follow-ups. 

7. Finally, and most importantly: we need to begin making plans for implementing our  exciting
     new project, the inventory of  outdoor night lighting in Tucson.   I hope that we can devote at
     least 30 minutes to this item.
